He owns a group of practice, which includes teaching facility equipped for hands on lectures. Forensic Odontology
Dr. Sonkin is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry and a certified member of the American Association of Dental Consultants. He is the Deputy Commander of US Department of Health & Human Services, National Disaster Medical System - DMORT Region 2 as well a Forensic Dental consultant for Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, New York City and the Suffolk County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Arrangements have made to accommodate those families with children under age 16 at another hotel on the property as the Hotel Pacifica does not permit children under 16 years old. Upon receiving the seminar fee you will receive an emailed with a link to the registration form / Hotel Reservation.
Upon receiving your seminar fee you will be emailed a llink to the registration form.
Please complete the form emailed to you and mail or fax form to our Long Island address indicated on the registration form above. We will book your Hotel Room as selected. On receipt of your information, your credit card will be charged the meeting fee of $595.00 (if you have not done so online at our website) and you will receive a confirmation from us. You will also be contacted by the hotel. Payment to the hotel will be in US dollars.
The Hotel rates below includes a room for two and is based upon the European Plan. Taxes will be added to final bill as indicated on hotel info page. Families- please see additional notes on accompanying rate info on hotel information page.
Most registrants will arrive earlier or extend after the meeting dates. Group rates will be valid (upon hotel availability) for three nights before the group arrival, and three nights after the group departure. Hotel rooms of this class are at a premium during the season.
CaboDent is the official agent for accommodations at our meetings. Should you make Hotel Reservations outside of our host hotel, an additional meeting charge will be added to your registration fee.
